This Nordegg treasure serves homemade soups, sandwiches, salads and pies. One of the few establishments in town but worth the five minute drive from the cabin.

This 9 hole course boasts views from every green and is playable for all skill levels. Right in the town of Nordegg, it is a short drive from the cabin and you can grab a bite to eat afterwards at the Nordegg Canteen or Miner’s Cafe. 

A collection of local makers and artisans featured next to the Miner’s Cafe. Fresh produce is delivered weekly as well as other food items like honey, cheese, sausage, and jerky. Support the Nordegg community!

Visit the Brazeau Collieries Mine Site and Heritage Museum to learn about this unique community and it’s coal mine. A rare opportunity to visit an industrial historic site in Alberta.

There are two gas stations in town that sell provisions and a limited food selection. Also two liquor stores, conveniently located next to each gas station.
